Robyn LoVecchio, BSN, RN
Administrator
 
Robyn LoVecchio, BSN, RN, is an Administrator for Progressive Home Health, bringing 25 years of nursing experience to her role. With a background in home health and labor & delivery, Robyn has dedicated the last 23 years to home health, serving in various management positions such as Clinical Supervisor, Administrator, and Director of Clinical Operations.

Robyn's extensive experience and leadership skills have been instrumental in enhancing patient care and operational efficiency at Progressive Home Health. 

Robyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, and she also manages her own business, My Body Bar Aesthetics, in Norman. She has been married to her husband Mike for 32 years and has 28-year-old twin boys, Dalton and Dillon, as well as a daughter-in-law named Kelci, who she loves and adores.

TONI MCNEAL
Director of Business Development
 
With over thirty-one years as a certified dental/laboratory assistant and treatment coordinator in the orthodontic field, Toni McNeal has a wealth of experience. In the past seven years, she has embraced the home health care industry with enthusiasm and dedication.

Toni’s personal experiences as a caregiver to her parents, a supportive friend, and a home health patient herself have provided her with deep empathy and a unique perspective on the needs of others.

In her role as Director of Business Development at Progressive Home Health, Toni is honored to lead, mentor, and guide the marketing team to help more patients reach their wellness goals.

In her free time, Toni enjoys the joys of playing games with her five grandchildren and golfing with her husband and friends.



RYAN BUNDA
Director of Human Resources
 
With over a decade of experience in the HR field, Ryan Bunda currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Progressive Home Health.

Ryan's career began as an Agency Business Consultant focusing on recruitment, and he has since progressed through roles such as HR Generalist, Recruiter and HR Manager. His career path reflects his dedication to enhancing workplace culture and promoting employee well-being.

In his role as Director, Ryan is committed to fostering a supportive and engaging work environment. He believes in the importance of a healthy work-life balance and is proactive in providing the necessary support to employees.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys family time, watching sports, playing disc golf, and coaching his son's little league teams. His leadership style is characterized by his approachable nature and genuine care for his fellow colleagues.



TARA ANDERSON
Director of Billing Management
 
Tara Anderson is the Director of Billing Management at Progressive Home Health, where she oversees the Intake and Billing department and assists with day-to-day office operations. Tara began her career in home health in the 90s as an aide, developing a deep passion for helping the elderly in their homes.

After a brief hiatus, she reentered the industry in 2001 as a home health billing clerk, where she discovered her love for the business side of home health care. Her dedication and expertise have propelled her through the ranks, culminating in her current leadership role.

Tara has been married to her husband Rick for almost six years and has one son and two wonderful bonus adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her chickens. Tara and Rick also love hunting and fishing together, cherishing their time outdoors.




REBEKAH DURRE
Director of Clinical Services
 
Rebekah Durre is the Director of Clinical Services at Progressive Home Health, bringing over 23 years of nursing experience to her role. With a diverse background in various healthcare capacities, Rebekah has spent the last 9 years dedicated to the home health setting. Her extensive experience and passion for nursing shine through in her commitment to providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients.

Rebekah’s career in nursing has been driven by her love for the profession, which she values for its meaningful work, career growth opportunities, diverse specialty options, and schedule flexibility. She finds personal fulfillment in making a positive impact on others and takes pride in working alongside a compassionate and positive team that prioritizes patient care and collaborative effort.

In her spare time, Rebekah enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, attending their sporting events, shopping, painting, and refurbishing old furniture. Her hobbies reflect her creative spirit and love for family, adding balance and joy to her life.



JENNIFER BLASINGAME, PTA
Director of Therapy
 
Jennifer Blasingame is the Director of Therapy at Progressive Home Health, bringing 25 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to her role. She has worked across various settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and home health, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of patient care.

Jennifer's passion for treating patients and positively impacting their outcomes is evident in her work. She finds great satisfaction in helping patients recover and improve their quality of life, particularly those with total joint replacements, which is her favorite diagnosis to treat.

As a leader at Progressive Home Health, Jennifer is dedicated to fostering a supportive and effective therapy team, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care. Her extensive experience and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to both her team and her patients.
